We aspire to offer time and energy to the co-operative, to support each member to fulfil their own needs whether physical, spiritual, emotional or material, and to ensure the ongoing feeling of positivity, safety, love and care.
We commit to attending fortnightly house meetings and cook a weekly shared meal.
We enjoy what our community has to offer and endeavour to bring out the best in each other and the space we live in.
We share a commitment to maintaining the health and prosperity of the housing co-operative, through triumphs and challenges, with a willingness to share the responsibility. This means planning our time in order to respect commitments, and to fairly distribute the labour of cleaning and general running of the house.
We respect and care for our own and each other’s spaces and boundaries.
We want this house and its grounds to be well looked after, to make it a nice place to live as well as a welcoming place for visitors. We want this place to be safe and comfortable, inspiring and nurturing for all who live here, celebrating health and diversity.
We live by our agreed rules and share a commitment to attending to the financial, administrative and maintenance needs of our home.
